Järvenpää Service Housing Complex and Apartment Buildings

The Service Housing Complex forms part of the winning proposal for the Wellbeing Campus competition organised by the City of Järvenpää. The project was also recognized with the Best ARA Square Metres of the Year 2020 award from the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (Ara). The complex comprises a 60-place service housing facility (four group homes) on the two lowest floors, with 28 senior apartments on floors 3 to 6. At the top, the 7th floor features an accessible club and sauna area, as well as a large rooftop terrace. All of the buildings in the block have internal access from the basement-level car park.
